Hi, before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process. For several years, Translation Management has been part of the Core version of WPML. You should see it with your actual license. Can you please post a screenshot from the "WPML" menu? Thank You! I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Hi, all looks correct. To further check your exact database entries, can you please provide a Duplicator copy of your website as described here? https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/. I suspect a DB key related to the finished WPML setup is wrong. Have you ever used the WPML blog license? Thank You! |

Hi, We’ve identified the issue (by adjusting a value in the database). It appears to be caused by a previously used blog license that gets overwritten. To resolve this, please follow these steps: 1) Go to hidden link and click on “Unregister WPML from the site.” This will activate an input field—please leave the page open for a moment.
