I am using the Divi Page builder and it utilises a universal footer. When I translate the page, this is not included. How do I translate the footer?

Also, I have video links on the pages of the website. In the Portuguese pages, I would like to change the link so the video is one in Portuguese. How do i do this?

OK. i seem to have solved the video issue. On the Portuguese page, I inserted the correct URL for the Portuguese video, and that works. But I still need assistance with translating the footer.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) Please check our guide about translating Divi templates. (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/)

Also, please visit the following URLs to check the templates:

Footer: hidden link

Header: hidden link

Body: hidden link

2) It's unrelated to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)

You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:

/* Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Best regards,
Osama

Thanks for this assistance, Osama. I have another query. I would like to translate my mailchimp newsletters. Obviously they are not site pages or posts. But can I use my credits for this? If so, how do I do it? Thanks

Thanks. Now I have uploaded the OTGS installer on to a second site, but it reports that I must renew my license. I have tried both the refresh button and the yes button, but no change. I have a site key for this site already generated, but obviously I cannot insert it. Please help. Thanks

Hi,

In our forum, we try to keep one issue per ticket. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

Therefore, I've split the other ticket and created a new ticket with this issue. (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/you-are-using-expired-account/)

Best regards,
Osama
