Background of the issue:
The homepage's default language is Korean, and the homepage is made in three languages. I don't want certain parts of the page to be displayed in Japanese. I want to make it completely invisible in Japanese. In the settings, 'Translatable/only show translated items' is selected, but since it is not translated, it is displayed in Korean.

Symptoms:
Certain parts of the page are displayed in Korean when they should be invisible in Japanese.

Questions:
Is there a way to make certain parts of the page completely invisible in Japanese?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I'm afraid that there isn't a way to hide a part of the content in the Advanced Translation Editor. You can try to use the
- Classic Translation Editor: then add a space to the translation content.
- WordPress Editor: to have different content per language.

Refer documentation

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hello,

Does the solution in the link above apply to Elemento as well?

Thanks,

Yes, you can use Elementor to edit the translation page when using the WordPress editor, just like you edit the page in the original language.

Thanks.
