Hello, We can be able to translate pages, however after being done, for some reason, the translations will go missing. For this we usually can't track which pages have missing translations, we usually would only know if for example the form is not working or the page, then we'll check the translation in WPML and it's gone. Here's a recording to show it: |

Hello there, It seems you added the translations for the page, can you provide another page where I can see a similar issue? I think its new content rather than missing content, this type of content appears if you added content to the original language after the translations are completed. Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

Hello, You can test this page: hidden link We haven't edited this specific page on the US (Main) at all before the translation went missing. However one thing we noticed is that the site gets broken or affected as well like for example editing US Home Page would affect other pages but not directly Home Page only. Thank you |

Hello there, It looks like the page was previously translated using classic translation editor instead of Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), that's why it's not showing those translations https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-the-translation-editor/ I tried to confirm it using the phpmyadmin plugin but the plugin doesn't work on your site so I removed it, I checked on Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) side and I only see the ate job sent once, which is the current job. Can you let me know if this is the editor used to translate the content before? If yes, it's normal that the translations done on this editor is not showing on Advanced Translation Editor (ATE). hidden link You can enable the classic translation editor and try to translate it to get those translations. Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

Hello, We only use ATE from the very beginning and not Classic Translation Editor. Do you think this might have caused WPML to convert our ATE translations to Classic when we copied our main website and created a copied version of it? Since the copied version seems to work well than on our main one. Thank you |

Hello there, Do you think this might have caused WPML to convert our ATE translations to Classic when we copied our main website and created a copied version of it? It shouldn't convert the editor while moving. Since the copied version seems to work well than our main one. I noticed that you copied the hidden link from hidden link are you still doing translations on hidden link? Also, I was trying to get confirmation if you used CTE, I checked your site logs including the previous one, and see the page is translated properly, so to fix the issue please follow the below steps: - Edit the page in the default language where the issue exists. I tested this on this page and it's workings, can you try to follow the same pattern and see if it helps. Thanks |

Hello, We don't do translations on the sandbox but yes we initially created a copy of the main website to have a pre-production however, we just confirmed today that someone clicked (I moved this site to this new URL) on Sandbox, which I think WPML assumed our sandbox to be our "main" website. No we don't use CTE, we only use ATE from the very beginning. Thank you |

Hello there, Please keep translations and report to us the page URL where the translations will go missing. Until you change the domains or move/copy sites there shouldn't be any missing issues as they appeared here. Thanks |
