I am trying to:

translate products for new language (germany) but it keeps saying waiting for translator. I have enough credits and already tried making the cache empty.

thanks for contacting us.

If you see "waiting for translator" it means you're not translating automatically, therefore it's expected you don't get any translation back, the system thinks you're going to translate the content yourself.

Please update WPML to 4.6.3 and review our documentation about automatic translation
