Background of the issue:
I am trying to save translations to 100% but I can't. Also, our site is not hidden link but hidden link and I don't know how to change this. Here is a link to a video showing the issue: hidden link
Note that we have MariaDB 10.11.
Symptoms:
I expected to see 100% progress, but instead, I got 97%.
