Dear Bigul,

Great, I have checked a few pages and now those seems to be fine, thank you.
I created and uploaded a new video while I was doing this, so you can check if you wish

So my questions:
1. What caused this problem?
2. What should we do to avoid it next time?
3. Shall we do the same process for all custom post types (Courses and Universities)?

Thanks,
Daniel

One small bug: in the translation queue, the filter popup has some visibility problems, when clicking the dropdown, can be also seen in the video

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Happy to know you are getting the expected results now. I checked the video, you are following the correct steps. Please do the same steps for Courses and University posts. It will help to refresh the current translation job.

As per our records, the site was migrated on September 16th and after that, the translation memory is lost for hidden link. It may be because of any changes in the hosting or site settings. But the translation memory for your WPML account is always safe in our ATE server. So clubbing it with hidden link fixed the issue. Please refer to the following articles for more details. It may be helpful.

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

Please note, that I have opened a new ticket for the Translation queue filter popup issue. As per our support policies, we can only handle one issue per ticket. It will help us to serve you better and we can avoid discussing multiple problems in one ticket. I will get back to you soon on the latest ticket. Please wait. Thank you for your understanding.
