This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client moved their site to a new hosting and changed the domain from test.jinshiyuan.sg to delightsip.com. After the move, WPML detected the new address as the old one, causing issues with site recognition.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue after moving your site to a new hosting, we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Click on YES in the message box regarding the site address change.
2. Set the website to not share credits.
3. Visit your WPML account and remove the existing keys at https://wpml.org/account/sites/
4. In your website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and remove the key.
5. Create a new key for your current domain (delightsip.com) at WPML.org.
6. Register the new key in the same location in your admin panel (Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab).
For more detailed instructions, you can check https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-remove-the-this-site-is-registered-on-wpml-org-as-a-development-site-notice/

Background of the issue:
I want to move my site to another hosting. I duplicated my website by using domain name test.jinshiyuan.sg. After everything is tested, I changed DNS and changed my site to delightsip.com. I have no access to the original hosting already.

Symptoms:
WPML detected a new address for this site. Looks like this site was previously at hidden link and now it’s at hidden link.

Questions:
How do I resolve the issue of WPML detecting a new address for my site after moving it to a new hosting?

Hey there,

Welcome to the WPML Support. It looks that WPML is having trouble recognizing the URL of your website.

To fix that, please follow these steps:

1. Click on YES, in the message box you sent a screenshot of;
2. Set the website to not share credits, afterwards;
3. Go to your wpml.org account, and remove the keys you have. You can do that here:
https://wpml.org/account/sites/
4. Inside your website admin panel, remove the key in Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab;
5. Create a new key in wpml.org for delightsip.com
6. Register the new key in Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab

That should fix everything. In case you need more details, you can check this link. It gives the same instructions, but in a different context:
https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-remove-the-this-site-is-registered-on-wpml-org-as-a-development-site-notice/

Let me know if that solves your issue.
