OK - please continue in Staging.
We have now disabled the automatic language switch in Production and the site is again being indexed by Google. Please do not enable it in Prod. if not OK'd from my end. Thanks.

I've let our 2nd Tier Support know we should only work on the staging site. I still haven't received any feedback, but we should hear from them today.

I've feedback and this is what our 2nd Tier Support replied.

I tested this staging, and I do not see the issue. I got redirected.

The steps are:
1. Open incognito mode
2. Put this URL hidden link (since my browser is in En)
3. I got redirected to hidden link

(I also tested setting the browser to IT language, the redirection works from the default URL.)

Could you check?

However, I still see issues with your production site hidden link and it's not redirecting. May I know how would you like to proceed?
