Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the credits I purchased for automatic translation on my WordPress site using WPML. I have 62k credits added to the site.

Symptoms:
I receive a message saying 'You don't have enough credits to translate automatically. Contact the website's owner to request more credits.' Additionally, there is a problem connecting to automatic translation, and I am advised to check my internet connection.

Questions:
Why am I receiving a message about insufficient credits despite having 62k credits?
What could be causing the connection issue with automatic translation?

Hi there.

Currently, I don't see any credits assigned to this site:
hafenliebe-weddingphotography.com

However, I can see that you assigned a good amount of credits on a different site (a total of 130k credits).

There's a chance those credits probably got stuck.

On this page (https://wpml.org/account), can you click the "add/remove credits” blue button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account?

Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Please let us know if that works fine for you.

Thanks your your quick reply. I did all of these steps, but the issue is the same. In Translation Management -> Tools, it's still telling me to check my internet connection.

When I go to translate a page, I still see "not enough credits".

Anything else I can try?

Hi there,

When reviewing your account I can see the following:

Deposited credits: 132000
Used credits: 13220
Available credits: 118780

You should be able to go to WPML->Translation Management and start working with your credits.

These credits are under this website: hidden link

Are you possibly working under another domain?
