Hey there! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to ask for your friendly assistance regarding an issue I'm facing with the Woodmart theme. You see, I'm trying to translate attribute colors, but it seems that when I did it, it lost its original design in the primary language. I did some research and stumbled upon an article that provided some instructions on how to solve this problem - you can find it here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/variation-swatches-missing-colors-in-translated-products/. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions, I still couldn't get it to work. I was wondering if you could lend me a hand and help me find a solution to this predicament. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. We have another client who had a similar issue and was able to fix it by following the below threads: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woodmart-theme-swatches/#post-10539733
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/automatically-add-swatches-to-the-colours-of-attributes-in-different-languages/#post-13788269

If the issue still persists, could you please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue?

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Thank you

I have thoroughly reviewed your site and examined the field settings under WPML >> Settings > Custom Term Meta Translation section. Everything appears to be in order, and there are no issues with the settings.

To address the problem you were facing, I proceeded to the Products >> Attributes > Color > Configure terms page. I selected the "Quick edit" option and simply clicked the "Update" button, as demonstrated in the attached screenshots.

I am pleased to confirm that after performing this action, the issue has been successfully resolved. You can verify the fix by visiting the following link: hidden link.

If you require any further assistance or have additional concerns, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
