This is a testing tool that is more oriented for developers to test their theme or plugin compatibility. 2. In the video I can see that you have "Translate what you choose". 3. I tried to visit the site but you must be logged in to access it. I will activate a private field for your next answer where you can provide that information safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting. IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please backup your site and database. PS: I see that you are using some complex plugins such as Learndash and Elementor. Let me share with you our tutorials, that way you can make sure that you are following the right procedure to translate them in the meantime. Nico |

Hello, Thank you for the access. I noticed 2 things: 2. I had in several occasion a Cloudfare protection window and I think it could prevent WPML to deliver your translation. Could you try to deactivate Cloudfare and edit the translation of your homepage to see if it solves the issue. Nico |

hidden link For some reason when you fix the spanish version, then the english version have some issue. Now i fix the english version but the spanish version dissapear. Look the video. |

Hello, As I mentionned a couple of times, as soon as I clear all caches (from breeze and from object cache) the pages are working fine. I have disabled "Object cache" for now as a test. Please let's wait and see if the issue reappear while the plugin is still disabled. 1. If the issue doesn't reappear, you know that this caching plugin is causing the issue. 2. If the issue reappear, it could be related to the fact that Elementor editor is not working for that page? Thanks, |
