Thank you for the feedback. We will wait for your updates. It will be great if you can provide a staging site. Because it will help us a lot in debugging and we can troubleshoot the bug without affecting the live site. Enabling the private option for the next reply.

Now, when wpml os active, I can still access the login page

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Now you are able to access the login page because we have disabled the *Allow translating the login and registration pages* option from WPML>>Settings>>Login and registration pages.

But the login page works fine in our local & testing server with and without this option. Therefore we are unable to debug it.

That is why we have requested the staging site in the same environment as your live site. Because it will help us to reproduce and troubleshoot this bug without affecting your live site. Thank you for your understanding.
