[Resolved] woo-commerce images are not display after translation
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that WooCommerce product images and some section images were not displaying after translating the site into multiple languages. Additionally, certain sections were not displaying correctly on the homepage in languages other than French. Solution: Firstly, we addressed the issue with the WooCommerce product images not displaying. We identified that the custom field for the category image was incorrectly set. We recommended setting 'thumbnail_id' to 'Copy' in WPML -> Settings -> Custom Term Meta Translation. The client needed to edit each product category in French and re-save it to automatically copy the image to the translated categories. It was also important to flush the cache memory after completing these steps.
The client was advised to update the translated versions of the homepage for the changes to take effect.

1.- I kindly ask you to share a URL where the issue with the images can be seen.
2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
3.- Please provide the debug information of the site in the section that appears below this ticket.
This website is live, so please be cautious. I've utilized WPML's automatic translation feature to translate the site into five languages. However, some sections and WooCommerce images aren't appearing in languages other than French. Also please check out page and whole site translated or not.
I have spent alot of credits to translate my website but translation is not working
Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.
The cause of the issue was that the custom field for the category image was incorrectly set. I went to WPML -> Settings -> Custom Term Meta Translation -> Set 'thumbnail_id' to 'Copy'.
Now you need to edit each product category in French and re-save it. It will automatically copy the image to the translated categories. -Don't forget to flush the cache memory once you finish-
Important note: Please go to hidden link and translate the first four (4) rows of slugs.
Since this appears to be a WPML-related problem and I've already worked extensively with automatic translation, consuming a significant amount of credits, could you please handle this for us? It's crucial that this issue is resolved promptly. Additionally, kindly ensure that all translations are functioning correctly.
The steps I described won't consume any credits and are a configuration issue, not a translation issue. So I kindly ask you to follow the steps I described to solve the problem.
Let me know if you find any issues with the steps described.
I've followed the steps outlined above, but certain sections aren't displaying when I translate the website into different languages, except for French, on the homepage. Could you please investigate this issue and fixed it? hidden link
Also I have try to translate it manually please check this as per above message
Important note: Please go to hidden link and translate the first four (4) rows of slugs.
Then only step that needs to be done is to update the translated versions of the homepage so the changes can take effect. You can manually or automatically translate the homepage.
I manually translated the page into English, but unfortunately, missing sections are still not display. Could you please review and fix it into all the languages for me? hidden link hidden link
I have already spent lot of money in automatic translation. Please fixed this issue for me.
In this case the fastest way to solve the issue is by manually editing with Elementor the translated pages and adjust the categories of the products with the correct one depending on the language.
I've completed all the steps mentioned above, but I'm still unable to translate the missing sections on the homepage. It appears that there may be an issue with the WPML plugin. I've requested assistance previously, but the response time on the ticket has been lengthy. If you're unable to resolve this issue, please inform us. I've already invested a significant amount of money into this plugin and the lack of support is concerning.
I can see you didn't follow the steps I described. I made the changes in the English version of the home page and attached two screenshots showing what and where to make the changes.
Please take the same steps for the rest of the translated versions of the homepage to solve the problem.
