I checked the entire conversation you had with my colleague and I understood the issue. While checking the product section, I found that both "Option" and "Add To Cart" are associated with the Kadence theme. Could you please scan the theme for these strings following the steps mentioned below and verify if the text shows up in the String Translation section for translation? - Please go to "WPML > Theme and Plugins localization" - Select the "Kadence" theme and click on "Scan" - Once the Scan is completed, please go to "WPML > String Translation" and search for the string. If you found the string, add the translation by clicking on the "+" icon.
