Background of the issue:
I'm trying to display untranslated products on a secondary language site using WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency. Initially, I set up the plugin to not display untranslated products.
Symptoms:
Untranslated products are not displaying on the secondary language site. The issue resolves if I deactivate WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency, but I want to keep it active.
Questions:
How can I change the settings to display untranslated products without deactivating WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency?
Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.
For that to work properly, since we are talking about WooCommerce products, you need to have WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency active on your website.
If that does not help, one of my colleagues will soon come to continue support.
That is correct since is grayed out. Please contact me @ jurica@virtus-dizajn.com I will share admin access with you so you can try to set it as Fallback. Thanks
Did you unlock it on the left as well? Your theme might have an XML active configuration controlling this behavior. Please note that we can only communicate through the forum. You can securely add the credentials here:
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
