Woocommerce product "sorting" is very slow (30-60 seconds) when I have Woocommerce multilingual & multi currency and other WPML plugins enabled. I already tested this on cloned site as well. I disabled all the other plugins, tested default theme as well as rolled back WordPress/Woocommerce but the issue is with your plugins. |

Hello, thanks for getting back. I have checked and gathered some info, so I can escalate this case to 2nd tier for further debugging. I am afraid we would need a copy of the site, so we can debug it on our servers and check deeper what part might be causing issues. Hello, you can remove the staging site, we have found the culprit seems to happen since with WCML sorting happens in both languages, and with 13k products this takes some time. We are checking on this further and will update you soon. Regards, |

Hello, we have checked and escalated this issue to our developers. I am afraid we did not find any quick workaround. You can turn off "Sync products and product taxonomies order." in the WCML setting if you order the products frequently and then turn it on for the final sorting. This way WCML will not sync the order on each request and will sync it only on the final correction. I will update you with any news. Regards, |

But how did it work nicely before (like in 1 second)? and it stopped working after 1 month ago when we updated the plugin? Yeah we do ordering quite often with different seasons, discounts, etc. So, If I get it right steps to speed it up until you fix it: Step 1: turn off sync products and product taxonomies order Best, |

Hello Raido, weird that it worked before faster, as we are also able to reproduce it and seems to be the way WooCommerce sorting works, it takes all products and sorts them not only one you moved, so when this happens and WCML is activated, it runs on all products plus WCML check both language and sorts, so it takes time. Anyway, I will share your info with our devs and see if it helps. As for the workaround, yes that should help speed things up by 5 sec. Thanks, |

Hi, I tested out disabling "Sync products and product taxonomies order" on main the website but it does not make any difference. It still keeps loading forever. (I cleared cache as well but still no changes) Best, |
