[Resolved] WPML adding language folders to htaccess

WPML randomly adding stuff to htaccess. This happened on stellina.lv before and was never solved (we created tickets) and now same started happening on evrotrans.lv

Old version of htaccess:

Just to clarify - nothing was updated on the site. Hour ago site was working fine and then all internal pages started to return 500 error:
