[Resolved] WPML API server error and Refreshing translation status error

Problem: The client was experiencing issues with WPML on their website, including a WPML API server error, translation status not refreshing, and a network block preventing the site from connecting to the WPML API. Solution: We contacted our Systems department to investigate the network block. It was confirmed that there was a block for the client's domain, which was subsequently resolved. This resolution allowed the client to register WPML and use the service without further issues. For the translation status not refreshing and the translations not being published, we advised handling these issues in separate support tickets to focus on each problem individually.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML to manage translations on my website, but I am encountering errors. Here are the links related to the issue: hidden link and hidden link.
Symptoms:
I expected to see a properly working WPML translation process without errors when syncing translation statuses or connecting to the WPML API server. Instead, I got a WPML API server error and an issue where the translation status does not refresh properly.
Questions:
Why am I encountering a WPML API server error?
Why does the translation status not refresh properly?
I will need to contact the Systems department to see if there's any block for this domain because seeing that red X in your screenshot means that your site cannot connect to the WPML API. This might be the reason why the other issues are happening, too.

It has been 2 days now, and I still haven't received any solution. I really need to make my site multilingual. Can you please look into this matter as soon as possible? Earlier, it was possible to chat live with Apna Deda. Is this option no longer available? Please solve my problem quickly.

I am not sure who is Apna Deda. I don't think we have a colleague with that name.
Regarding live chat, this is how it works: if there are any empty spots in the live chat queue at that time, you will be offered that option. If no colleagues are available for live chat at that time, your request will automatically be turned into a support ticket.
I would also like to inform you that the highest availability is from Monday to Friday, in the European time zone. Therefore, tomorrow in the European time zone would be the best time to try to open a live chat.

I am very sorry, "Apna Deda" was a typing mistake. I meant to say that I used to be able to chat with you live before, but now I can't. Anyway, I have received my answer regarding this.

Also, my wpml key does not seem to be activating. However, I am continuing with the translation work. Once the issue is resolved, will all my translations be deleted?

However, my biggest issue is that even after translating a blog post to 100% completion, it still does not show as complete. Also, the post is not displaying in the translated language.
Additionally, in Translate Support > Advanced Translate, it is showing 4 errors.

I'm glad the registration (and probably the full connection) is restored.
Those errors in the logs are from a few days ago and they will probably not repeat.
Also, regarding the other issue you mentioned in the last reply (the translations not being published), please note that, per our Support Policy, we can handle only one problem per ticket.
Continuing with one issue per ticket helps supporters focus on one problem at a time and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
