Missing credits

derekD-3	We are on the agency plan, but it only shows we have 19,000 credits left. I've been emailing with someone and they said that we used 153,000 credits on sofon.wpengine.com, but in my account I only show that we used 7334 credits on this site. Where are the other ~170,000 credits? we upgraded to the Agency plan a few months after the initial purchase. Were we not given our credits during the upgrade?
