[Closed] How to translate strings from a custom function

Hope you are having an amazing day so far.

I've added some local cities in my cart according to my region which is kuwait, but for some reason, I can't find them and translate them.

I've tried searching for it in string translation + I've also scanned the string translations but still was unable to find it.

I've used a function to call them in the cart. Could you please help me translating those?
