[Resolved] Taxonomy Translation page is not rendering

Hello Subash, my Taxonomy Translation page is not rendering. There is a spinning circle, but that's it. I need to use the Taxonomy Translation because I have a message that:
"Some taxonomy terms are out of sync between languages. This means that content in some languages will not have the correct tags or categories. In order to synchronize the taxonomies, you need to go over each of them from the following list and click the "Update taxonomy hierarchy" button."

I cannot update the taxonomy hierarchy because the page does not display
