I am trying to:

Sync completed CrowdIn jobs back to WPML

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
The completed Crowdin Jobs being downloaded to WPML.

Instead, I got:
No update on the jobs - still in progress even though not true in Crowdin.

Can you try retrieving translations again and then check the communication.log and send it over?

Does it say "Complete - needs update" for all the translations (e.g. if you open one of the originals, what is the status of the translation there, do you see a pen or a circle)?

Also have you done any changes on the originals in the meantime?
