WPML is slowing down the site

mattiasL-9	The theme has solved the issue with switching language in header. But i can see that wpml is quite heavy when you navigating around the site. I took a snap shot in my web hosting and saw that wpml and woocommerce is in top to bloat the site. This has not been before and i guess it has something to do with wpml and woocommerce not working together properly? Anything you can take a look on?

There are some measures that we can take in order to improve the performance of a website running with WPML. Here is the general Doc that you should follow but based on the debug information you shared I can see that you are using latest WPML plugins + latest PHP version. You may like to update the WordPress to latest version and try a cache plugin: => https://wpml.org/faq/prevent-performance-issues-with-wpml/ Please try to follow the instructions given with the following Doc to make sure MySQL queries are optimized. => https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-optimize-mysql-queries/ Here is the general article that should help you to know how you can boost the WPML performance: => https://wpml.org/ja/tutorials/2022/03/boosting-the-performance-of-your-multilingual-wordpress-site/ * Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database* Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Clean and optimize String tables. mattiasL-9	I have made a website that has almost the same setup as kumlins.mlwebbyra.se. And that is hidden link and that site is way faster than kumlins.mlwebbyra.se Everything is up to date on kumlins.mlwebbyra.se. And on both sites we are running wp rocket with great success. Both sites are on the same web host and have the same setup in web host.

mattiasL-9	Sorry for late reply. And thanks for the links. I have installed query monitor on the site and i have used it before. But i find the site loading very slow when im visiting it for the first time of that day, on both back end and front end. So i dont know how query monitor is going to catch that data?

Check out the attached. The loading time is around 1.50sec which is very fast considering your contents. mattiasL-9	It looks like the problem with the speed went away when the theme developers fixed the issue with the heading not show when switching languages. Thanks for the great support and the wait for me to reply. Have a great day Kor 🙂
