I tried everything. Remove duplicate entry from database. deactivate all plugin and activate child theme but not able to finish setup.

I have Remove wordpress and installed again. the WPML plugin is worked but when i upload my backup then plugin is deactivated and ask setup again and got this issue.

Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you.

So to understand, if you create a new installation everything is working ok , but if you reload this backup then you are getting this error ?

Also If there is a critical error, you should get an admin email with more info and a message about it.

It should be also written in your debug log if enabled, please enable debug log and check with your hosting if needed what is the error message and share it with us.

You can also enable WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to display the message.
