[Resolved] WPML string translations not loading on frontend but in backend

Background of the issue:
Im trying to display my already translated string translations on the frontend but they are not showing up. When editing in admin i se the translations for each string and it says they are translated. The string translations are from my theme. As of rightnow you can only se the translations if you are logged in. The other language is set to hidden.

Tried to export them and re import them. When exported i do not se the english tranlsation either in the export file. Tried to add the translations to the po file and re import. that did not work aswell.

Symptoms:
translations not shown in frontend

Questions:
What can i do to make this work?
