We use a translation service for a sight translations.com were having an issue where they are saying that the translation is complete but wpml is not alerting us that those pages are ready to be pulled they stay as in progress .
Is there a setting or change that needs to be made so that status updates without the user manually having to check and confirm
There is an option in WPML -> settings that allows you to pull the translation automatically as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please noted that if for any reason the automatic pulling is interrupted or failed (may be due to a connection error or firewall) the option will be disabled automatically to allow you to pull the translations manually, so to activate this option again you need to go to WPML -> Settings and change the mode to manual and save and change it back to XML-RPC option to reactivate it again.
Also if you already know that the translations have been done from the translations.com side, you can go to WPML -> translation Managment and click the "check status and get translations" button to pull all the completed translations.
Translations.com does not support automatic pull of translations unfortunately. However is it possible for just the status to be updated to notify us thats its ready to download instead of in progress without checking the get status or is this the only way forward for us.
Unfortunately, the notification option is not available in WPML, you have to click the "check status and get translations" button to update the job status.
