Hello Qian,

I apologize. I said in the chat that your issue needs to be handled with more time, so I converted it into a ticket. This way, I can check for more details and provide better support.

I'm still checking what's happening with the currencies and will get back to as soon as possible, ok?

Hey there, I noticed that in the screen recordings you sent, the currency was randomly changing by itself.

I couldn't reproduce that by visiting your website - I visited many products in different languages and the currency always stayed consistent. Can you please tell me how I can reproduce the error?

I want to check your website settings, but I couldn't login. I received the following message:

"LOGIN BLOCKED: 2FA is required to be active on your account. Please contact the site administrator."

Can you please check? As I said, I already have the user credentials to access your website. Please also make sure that the user I'm using is set as admin. Thank you.

Hey there,

It seems you missed a question I asked. To investigate the issue, I need to be able to reproduce the issue.

Can you please tell me how I can reproduce the error?

Hey there,

Thanks for sharing the details.

So, I checked your website settings, and there are a few issues.

First, WCML (WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency), needs the main WPML plugin, as well as the WPML String Translation plugin to work well. It's a requirement, as WCML is actually an extension of WPML. Installing and activating WPML will likely solve the issue.

Second, I see that your website wasn't translated using WPML, but instead using GTranslate. Since you will need to install WPML, we will run into another issue, as it's not recommended to have more than one translation plugin installed in a website. It leads to conflicts and errors.

My recommendation is that you install, activate WPML and manage all your translations there. Unfortunately, there's no way to automatically migrate from GTranslate to WPML, so you'd have to translate the website from scratch.

I understand this might not be the solution you were looking for. All the details I shared are present in our documentation:

Let me know if you have any questions.
