roelV	Hi, Hi we see the following message "You are using an expired WPML account"(see screenshot). This can't be right, we have a lifetime account with you. How can we solve this. Kind regards, Samir

roelV	Hello Drazen, But that can't be right. As far as we know, this website is only registered with us and this error message only appeared today. How can we find out who else this website is registered with? Kind regards, Samir

I suggest further checking with the owner of this website / URL. But I can tell you the email address of this user is the same as the one you use on the mentioned website. Regards, Drazen
