We recommended checking if any plugins might be affecting the API's functionality, particularly those related to security or firewalls. 3. We suggested reviewing Cloudflare settings to ensure they are not impacting API connectivity, as the client's site traffic goes through Cloudflare. Ultimately customer confirmed that a site's configuration within Cloudfare CDN was causing the issue. |
