Issue: The customer could not find certain strings in the WPML String Translation, such as 'Cancel gift wrap' and 'Gift wrap was added to your cart', to translate them into Dutch . >Solution: 1. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugin Localization and scan the 'Gift Wrapper' plugin for new strings. 2. Then go to WPML > String Translation and search again for the strings you want to translate. 3. If you still can't find them, go to the bottom of the page and click 'Translate texts in admin screens'. Search for your string again here, highlight them, and add them to WPML String Translation to translate them there. 4. If the strings are still not visible, enable the 'Search for strings while pages are displayed' option at the bottom of the WPML > String Translation page, go to the Checkout page, and reload the page. Then deactivate the option again. This will register the string at WPML > String Translation, after which you just need to highlight the string and then use the field at the bottom of the table to change the source language to Dutch. When the status of a product is changed from published to draft in one language, the translated version of the product does not reflect this change and remains published. Solution: We explained that this is the expected behavior in WPML. To change the status of a translated product, the client should manually switch to the desired language by clicking on the flag in the top-bar and then edit the product status in that language. Problem: The client is experiencing issues with stock synchronization of bundled products in a multilingual WooCommerce site. When a single product's stock is updated on the Dutch site, the corresponding 'shop the look' product is not updated on the English site. Additionally, the client encounters an error 500 when attempting to edit a product. Solution: 1. Navigate to WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and select the Status tab. 2. Click on the Troubleshooting link located at the bottom right corner of the page. 3. On the Troubleshooting page, select the checkbox next to the relevant sync options:
Update Products Count
Sync product variations
Sync product categories
Sync product stock quantity and status
4. Press the Start button and wait for the synchronization to complete without leaving the page.
