Solution: We advised the client to first cancel the pay-as-you-go subscription by navigating to WPML > Translation management > Tools and selecting the option to cancel. Additionally, if the client suspected that credits were stuck from older site domains, we offered to investigate and reassign any found credits upon receiving the domain details.
