Background of the issue:
I am trying to configure WPML for a site where different languages have different content and structure. The site is hidden link. I want to link only the home pages of different languages and ensure that I can build home pages for languages 2 and 3 with different sections and layouts. I need separate pages for each language without relying on a translator, as the content is different.

Symptoms:
I don't have content translations because the content is different for each language.

Questions:
What is the process to link home pages of different languages with different content and layout?
How can I configure WPML to handle different content structures for each language?

Hi there.

You can definitely create totally separate designs for other languages and then connect those pages with the default language page.

1. While you are logged into the backend of your site, from the top black bar switch to the language in which you want to create those different layouts, then when you are in the correct language backend, go to Pages and create the page that you want.

2. Then, when you have all the content ready, switch back to the default language backend and follow the steps here:

I hope that you will find this information helpful.
