This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's custom fields on their website are not being translated, such as 'introduction' and 'description' fields added using Advanced Custom Fields and the 'my-listing' theme.

Solution:
We recommended the client to:
1. Update WordPress to the latest version.
2. Deactivate all other plugins and test with WPML only.
3. Switch to a standard theme to check for compatibility issues, as the current theme is not on our compatibility list and may be causing conflicts.

We also asked the client to confirm that they have a full backup of their site and database. Additionally, we suggested setting up a test/staging site by cloning the live site for further investigation without affecting the live environment.

If the solution provided here is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support. I am assigned this ticket and I'll try my best to help you fix the problem.

I tried to find out the problem in your site, but looks like that I'll need to fix and try the followings in order to continue the investigation:

1) Update WordPress to the latest version, from 6.3.1 to 6.4.3.
2) Deactivate all other plugins and check with WPML only.
3) Switch to a standard theme because your current theme isn't on our compatibility list. However, this one is tricky because custom fields are somehow embedded within the theme and I am highly suspicious that there may be some conflicts because of that. But at-least I need to check with the #1 and #2 first.

So I'll recommend to confirm about the above mentioned, as well as, please confirm that you've taken full backup of the site and the database?

On the other hand, if you can prepare a test/staging site by cloning your site, I can then continue my investigation there, without compromising the live site.

Please let me know.
