Background of the issue:
I'm setting up a private packagist account with all plugins and am struggling to find out how to do that with these: "sitepress/multilingual-cms": "^4.4", "wpml/string-translation": "^3.1", "wpml/acfml": "^1.8". I have the OTGS installer working.

Symptoms:
I'm at a loss as to how it's going to install the right packages using Composer.

Questions:
Do I add the WPML plugins by URL? If so, what URL should I use?
