Hi there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support, I will be glad to help you.

As Itamar mentioned, I don't think also that the issue is related to the Classic Editor plugin. Could you please confirm if the issue is fixed when this plugin is disabled?

Please try the following steps after creating a full database and website backup then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, and click the following:

- Clear the Cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML table collation
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations

Then resave the menu translation and check if the issue is resolved.
