This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to view pay-as-you-go invoices in the 'Payment history and invoices' tab as expected. Instead, they encounter a message stating 'No sites available.' This issue arises because the client's website URLs (production, staging, and local) are listed under separate Organization IDs in the backend.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's website URLs and found multiple entries in our system. To resolve the issue, we connected all entries under a single Organization ID that is most active with Pay As You Go services. This adjustment should allow the invoices to appear correctly in the 'Payment history and invoices' tab with the next generated invoice. If the problem persists, we recommend following the steps outlined in the documentation on using the Advanced Translation Editor when moving or using a copy of your site.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please open a new support ticket. Background of the issue:
I am trying to view pay-as-you-go invoices as described on this page: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/. They should appear in the Payment history and invoices tab, but they only appear inside our WordPress admin interface, which is not very intuitive. The issue can be seen here: https://wpml.org/account/view_order/.

Symptoms:
The pay-as-you-go invoices do not appear in the Payment history and invoices tab as expected. Instead, I see 'No sites available.'

Questions:
Why are the pay-as-you-go invoices not appearing in the Payment history and invoices tab?
How can I make the invoices appear in the correct location?

Hello,

When I review your website's URL, I can see 3 different entries in our system. If it's listed under a separate Organization ID in the backend it could cause this behavior.

If that is not done intentionally I will go ahead and connect them all under one ID.

hello!

Our production website's URL is cms.apptweak.com
We do have a staging (cms.staging.appweak.com) and a local url (localhost) url.

That's perhaps what creates the confusion?

Thank you for this information!

I have indeed found a few different options.

It's important when working with staging sites to follow the steps shown here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/#:~:text=Option%202:%20Marking%20the%20Original,original%20site%20as%20a%20copy.

I was able to connect the 3 separate ones I found under the one that seems to be the most active with Pay As You Go, you should now be able to see the invoices as expected by the next invoice that is generated.

If not please do let us know and I will review again.
