Thank you for reaching out to WPML support. It appears that you have reached the safety limits in place to protect you from overspending and to help prevent fraud. There are two key limits: the first occurs when you spend €100, and the second when you reach €4,000 within one month. Once you reach these limits, you will be prompted to make a payment before continuing with your translations. At the end of the month, any amount you have paid will be deducted from your invoice. Have you tried clicking on “details” in your screenshot? For more information, please visit the following link: If you do not see the payment link, please go to WPML → Translation Management. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. |

When opening a new support ticket, you have the option to initiate a live chat if a supporter is available at that time.
