Moreover, if I understood the issue correctly, you want to remove a Gutenberg section in a language version, and it should be automatically removed from the others? If so, you just have to delete this part in the original language version and send the page to translation again. If it should be done only to one language, and this is a second language (like the one shown in the video), then you need to follow this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/ Please review out these information and let us know if you're able to get the desired results now.
