Site performance issue - With WPML plugins

peterJ-48	We are using WPML plugins, and page load speed is 7 to 10 seconds with WPML plugins, and I noticed that sometimes it loads more than 20 seconds. Page load speed 1 to 2 seconds if we disable WPML plugins.
