Thanks!

It's looking/functioning good now -- with one exception:

For some reason, when I enter French mode, the Logo in the header disappears:

It looks like you are using a custom theme and the issue might be related to this theme.

I would like to offer to take a closer look into this issue and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further.

The required fields are below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to back up the site and database before granting us access.

If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site login details will be set to "PUBLIC". DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

The private reply form looks like this:

Thanks, but our WP admin pages are locked down such that only local admins on our enterprise network have access.

Any idea what I should look for, something in our theme that might be breaking this?

Maybe a Setting (see attached image)?

Much appreciated,

Mark

Yes, I would suggest to set any setting related fields to "Copy".

Then translate the templates and pages again.
