This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that the 'My Account' page was not translated when visiting a product page, despite using WP Rocket and being logged in as an admin, which should bypass the cache.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps to locate and translate the strings:
1. Navigate to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Visit the page where the untranslated strings appear.
4. Return to WPML → String Translation and check if the string has been registered.
5. Translate the string as needed.
For more detailed instructions, we provided a link to our documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Have you attempted to locate the strings in this manner?

1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where untranslated strings are displayed.
4. Return to WPML >> String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.

Please inform me of the outcome.

I have read this post https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Wpml finds the strings and we can translate them. The translated string is not showing on specific pages. Example with My Account is translated on Home page but not in product page.

Thank you for your feedback. I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site – preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible – in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
