Hello,

Thank you for the updates. In some cases, the strings might have been recognized but not yet associated with the String Translation panel.

Please follow these steps:

- Navigate to WPML >> String Translation >> Utilities.
- Click on “Not seeing strings that you are looking for? >> Admin Texts Translation”.
- In the Admin Texts Translation screen, search for the missing strings.
- If the strings appear, select and add them for translation.

Then, return to the String Translation panel to translate them. You can refer to this documentation for more details.

Hello,

Thank you for the login information. I noticed the strings are not displaying their translations correctly on the product posts, such as the ones listed below. Please confirm if this is correct.

I have a quick question: how are these strings being managed? Are they part of the theme files or added through an Elementor template? I could not find any relevant settings under WooCommerce shipping, and no shipping-related plugins appear to be installed either.

Please clarify this. It will help us troubleshoot the issue more efficiently.

It should be created by the theme, I can change them in the custom editor, but I searched for a long time in the string and couldn't find it

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Could you please let us know the steps you are following for the action mentioned below? This will help us identify a possible workaround. It is possible that the template itself needs to be translated instead of translating the individual strings.

It should be created by the theme, I can change them in the custom editor,

So where should I translate from, could you please give me a screenshot when you find them so I can edit them later on my own.

I have been searching for the string and found the code for Estimated Delivery:, but the translation of the first part of the code does not change.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. The strings like *100% Original*, *Lowest Price*, and *Express shipping* are managed using the following template.

hidden link

So, please try the steps suggested in the following documentation to translate those strings after a site backup. Also, you have to set the *Elements (base_element)* as *Translatable only show translated items* from WPML >> Settings >> Post Types Translation first.

https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/#translate-custom-post-types

But I am not able to find a template for the strings like *Estimated Delivery*. So would like to know how you are managing it.

Please refer to the following documentation and let us know your feedback.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. I have created a new ticket to make it easier to follow up on the translation of the theme options strings and to avoid discussing multiple issues in a single thread.

I will get back to you shortly through the new ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
