Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a string on my WordPress site using WPML. The specific page I am working on is hidden link. The string I need to translate is: 'Please verify your email to submit withdrawal/Deposit request...'.
Symptoms:
String translation not working
Questions:
How can I translate the string 'Please verify your email to submit withdrawal/Deposit request...' on the page hidden link?
Have you attempted to locate a string in this manner?
1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Enable "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
3. Navigate to the page where an untranslated string is displayed.
4. Return to WPML >> String Translation and verify if the given string has been registered.
5. Translate the string.
But first of all, you need to update your WPML String Translation plugin to the latest version.
You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/
