This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to log in to their old domain to transfer WPML credits after changing their domain from https://v2.app-swapp.pl to https://swapp.house.

Solution:
We recommended the following steps:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
2. Delete the existing site key for the old site to reverse the assigned credits to the WPML account.
3. Create a new site key for the new site and assign the credits.
4. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on the website.
5. Click the register link and use the new site key to register.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to transfer my credits from one domain to another. I changed my domain from hidden link to hidden link and I am unable to log in to the old domain. I want to transfer my credits to the new domain so I can use them.

Symptoms:
I am unable to log in to the old domain hidden link to transfer my credits.
