Hello There, I checked both of the links and found that the Form on the pages is created using the MetForm Plugin. Kindly be informed that we don't have any compatibility information in our record regarding this plugin. Therefore, you may face some issues while translating the MetForm plugin by following the traditional method. You can check also by going to this link: https://wpml.org/plugin/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv-plugin-functionality=0&wpv_post_search=metform&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search However, you can take the manual translation approach to translate the forms created using the MetForm plugin. The process is described clearly by one of my colleagues in this response: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/plugin-does-not-translate-metform/#post-12499031 I hope this will help. But, as this plugin is not listed as compatible, I recommend contacting their support team for assistance with translation-related issues. I hope they will help you in this matter. You can also request them to participate in the Go Global program of WPML. More information about the Go Global program is available here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ Best Regards, |

Hello There, I understood what you're looking for. You should be able to translate the Form just by following the instructions mentioned in the ticket below. - https://wpml.org/forums/topic/plugin-does-not-translate-metform/#post-12499031 However, I understood that you would like me to execute the steps on your website and create a video tutorial based on them. Kindly be informed that this process involves translating content, which falls outside the scope of the support we can offer. For that reason, I may not be able to assist you much with that. But, If you want, I can make a video in my environment demonstrating the process. You can follow that video and try to translate the form accordingly. Please let me know if you would like me to proceed with this approach. Let me know the update. I will be happy to assist you. Best Regards, |

Hello There, Please be informed that the process is absolutely the same. In your case, you've just inserted the Form inside a section. However, if you're still having trouble understanding the process even after following the video, I can capture a video from your end. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. ❌Important❌ Best Regards, |

Hi There, I can see that you've switched to the Elementor PRO form, which is completely compatible with WPML and it easy to translate. In order to understand the process of Translating the Placeholder, kindly check the video below I made for you. - hidden link In the String Translation section, you need to search for each placeholder text and add a translation for them. I believe that the process will be clear for you after watching the video. Related documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/ Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. Best Regards, |
