susanD-11	Background of the issue: I am trying to regain access as a Translation Manager and Translator on my site hidden link after the last major update. Additionally, I used to receive monthly credits with the pay-as-you-go system, which I am no longer receiving. Symptoms: I lost access as a Translation Manager and Translator, and I am not recognized as a user. I am also not receiving monthly credits. Questions: How can I regain access as a Translation Manager and Translator on my site? Why am I no longer receiving monthly credits with the pay-as-you-go system?

When you login with an admin user, you automatically have the privileges of a Translator Manager. You can add yourself as a translator in WPML > Translation Management > Translators. You can check more details here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/ About the credits. Do you have anything to show us, regarding that? Perhaps a screenshot or some more specific detail I can forward to our accounts teams.
