Background of the issue:
I am translating products on a site under development. I use Divi for some parts of the site, but for products, I use the default WordPress setup. I am encountering issues with tags in the original language.

Symptoms:
I cannot translate products because of tags in the original language. Additionally, I have to save each phrase multiple times because they remain orange after translation and only turn green after saving again.

Questions:

I have a problem with <wpml linebreak> tag, that's not letting me save sentences. And yes, many many times I have to save sentences twice or three times before they get green. And many times I click on Save translation button in the end, and it tells me that some phrases weren't translated even if they were! So I save again (without editing) and then it's done. This is too tricky to work properly.

This also happens: it adds tags like for no reason.

Hello,

Could you please edit the original widget, save the page, and then apply the translation again?

Does the wpml_linebreak tag still show up?

Best regards
Andreas
