Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

After checking your site on our server, I see you are using the Legacy (old) subscription to translate content automatically and reach the limit. On one site, you can use one type: prepaid credits or subscription so you won't see 170k credits on your site.

I suggest you follow the documentation below to enable the next limit to continue translating content on your site.
Or cancel the current subscription and register the new subscription (Pay As You Go) to prevent this issue. Note: it's not possible to re-subscribe the old subscription if you use the new subscription.

If you want to get 170k credits back to your WPML.org account, please go to the list of registered sites (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) and delete the sitekey. If it doesn't work, please let me know.
