Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

This may be related to the following known issue. It seems to be a conflict issue between WPML and the latest version of the Site Kit by Google plugin. We got a few reports from other clients with the same error.

https://wpml.org/errata/site-kit-by-google-uncaught-typeerror-illegal-offset-type-in-isset-or-empty-in/

Our developers have fixed this bug and the fix will be included in the upcoming version of WPML(4.6.5). It has expected to release in a few days.

In the meantime, please consider downgrading to the previous Site Kit by Google(1.105) after a full site backup.

Please note, when we reply you will be receiving a notification on the mail ID registered with your WPML.org account.

Hello,

We have released a new version of WPML(4.6.5). It has included the fix for this bug. Please upgrade to the latest version after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue is existing or not.

May you have to visit Plugins>>Add New>>Commerical tab and click on the *Check for updates* button to get the WPML automatic upgrade links of the latest version. This step will help us refresh the installer caches.
